Safeguarding protects individuals' health, well-being, and human rights, especially in children, young people and adults. It involves identifying and preventing risks of harm or abuse and promoting a safe and inclusive environment.

Our Club Welfare Officer will help ensure the safety and well-being of all members within the club. They will receive and address any concerns related to safeguarding matters confidentially and professionally. Our Welfare Officer is approachable and any concerns reported will be escalated to the Angling Trust Safeguarding Officer for the best resolution.
